Breedlove & Co, P.C. is a dynamic organization which traces its origin back to June of 1976. Our operations are international in scope, with clients in several states and other countries around the world.

Every three years, Public Accounting Firms must undergo a peer review. We take great pride in the fact that our firm has undergone its latest peer review and received our report stating that our system of quality control for the accounting and auditing practice meets the objectives of quality control standards established by the AICPA.

Services

  • Auditing: Breedlove & Co, P.C. provides audit services to various businesses, governmental entities and non-profit organizations.
  • Taxes: A complete and diversified tax service is provided, including the normal services relating to the preparation of federal and state tax returns for all types of entities including individual, corporate, partnership and trusts. Tax planning is emphasized including such areas as compensations, investments, acquisitions and mergers.
  • Management Advisory Services: Our management advisory services provide systems to improve efficiency and profitability from a different viewpoint, using an objective evaluation. We will design information systems, create effective operating controls and install or upgrade data-processing systems.
  • Specialized Accounting: We assist in establishing basic accounting records, preparation of interim financial statements and various regulatory authority tax returns including state franchise, sales and payroll. We also assist with property tax renditions and appealing property tax valuations.

Richard W. Breedlove, CPA, President and owner has over 25 years of public accounting experience. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Mr. Breedlove joined a big eight firm out of college becoming a bank, construction, oil & gas and computer audit specialist. He has also been awarded a certificate of educational achievement in governmental accounting and auditing by the AICPA.

Our professional staff consists of four CPAs with two to twelve years of experience in public accounting. All of our professional staff complete a minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education each year. This continuing education enables us to stay current with the never ending changes in tax, accounting and computing.
